Please join the staff networks for a virtual mindfulness meditation session taking place on Thursday 14 March, 1pm to 1.30pm, via MS Teams.
Join Diana Beldeanu for a meditation session to connect to your breath, find your energy and tap into gratitude. This 30-minute mindfulness session will help you recharge and find some relaxation in your working day. No prior experience of meditation is required and you can join in from home or work.
²ÝÁñÊÓƵ supports attendance at wellbeing and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion events, so please do take some time out of your working day to come along to the meditation session.
