Personal profile

My background is as a practitioner in the Probation Service where I held both training and Senior Management positions for many years. Since joining ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ in 2022, my current teaching is on the professional training course for Probation Officers, primarily around rehabilitation and risk of serious harm. I am also Module Leader for a Leadership module within a recently validated Masters in Criminal Justice leadership. My interests include management and leadership in a range of criminal justice settings, and the professional continuous development of criminal justice staff across the sector.
