Personal profile

Anissa Sarif is a Senior Lecturer in Perioperative Care, teaching both Postgraduate and Undergraduate students.. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked in Nursing for over 25 years in areas such as: Intensive Care, Theatre Recovery/PACU and Acute Pain.

She obtained her first Nursing Degree in Portugal before moving to the UK where she obtained a BSc (Honours) from ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ. She then went on to obtain a MSc in Pain Management from Cardiff University.

Anissa's research interests include: Perioperative Care, Pain Management & Patient Safety
