Dr Sri Martani Effiyanti is a lecturer in Business Management at Leicester Castle Business School (²ÝÁñÊÓƵ). She joined ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ in September 2022.
She has a substantial teaching experience on various levels of undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
Her research focus is Microfinance, Information Asymmetry, and Small-medium Enterprises. In her PhD, she studied ‘how alternative Microfinance Business Models (MFBMs) address information asymmetry in the Microfinance Provider (MFP) – Loan Officer (LO) – Borrower relationship triangle?’
