Personal profile

Ngozichukwuka M. Eneh Ojo is a Lecturer at the School of Leadership, Management and Marketing , Leicester Castle Business School, ²ÝÁñÊÓƵ, Leicester. A member of Centre for Enterprise & Innovation (CEI), her doctoral research  centered on the resilience of female entrepreneurs in an emerging economy context. A corporate communications professional and creative with over a decade professional experience in financial services, marketing and corporate communications, and advertising sector. She is a key resource person and consultant for youth and women enterprise development initiatives for private sector, NGO’s and Governments in Africa. She is fascinated by how female entrepreneurs in emerging economies use technology.
